I've sat in your chair on the good days and the hard ones. I've led HR teams as small as 5 people and as large as 78. I've worked at companies with 200 employees and companies with 78,000 — private, PE-backed, publicly traded, I've done all three.

I've fought to make an impact, whether it was with the C-suite, the boardroom, or a plant floor with a local leadership team. I have a PhD. I've taught in an MBA program. But none of that is really the point. Mostly, I'm just a guy who listens well and cares a lot.
