Organizational Culture
We use the Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI) to better understand our client’s organization. Then, we work collaboratively to determine the ideal culture to support the business objectives. While there is no one perfect culture for all organizations, what SCG is really good at is understanding the current culture, the history, and the business strategies to better position the culture to support the organization’s objectives. Finally, we will develop practical solutions to move your culture over time.

Upskilling Your Team
These issues are very common. While every leader is different, everyone needs to learn critical skills as they progress in their career. From first-time supervisor to leading the enterprise, we can help leaders master the skills they need for success. We teach the tools that helped us.
We customize our programs based on your needs by teaching the right tools within the context of your work environments.
Teambuilding
It can be a one-time teambuilding workshop or a longer engagement to help the team(s) work together more effectively. Typically, we will use DiSC or a similar tool. We like what Wiley has done with incorporating Emotional Intelligence with DiSC.

We have also supported recruiting processes.We are not headhunters, but we have participated in interviews and helped with position profiles.
